The location of this home offers breathtaking views atop Lookout Mountain. The design of this kitchen takes advantage of it from every angle!

The kitchen features white cabinets and granite counters beneath numerous tall windows. This kitchen is clean and sleek and while the cabinets and counters are lovely, they create the perfect backdrop to enjoy the gorgeous views. The combination of recessed lighting paired with the glass globes on the pendant lights are in keeping with the airy feel of the room. While the vaulted ceiling makes the space feel even larger than it is.

This design, featuring no upper cabinets, offers ample storage with custom designed lower cabinets and interior organization features.

The wine bar features a bar sink, wine cooler, beer fridge, ice machine and ample counter space. The glass front, lighted cabinets offer plenty of storage while keeping everything within reach and beautifully displayed.

Riverview Renovation

It’s amazing what an exterior renovation can do for an old house. This home in the Riverview area of North Chattanooga, TN was outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The architects had a grand plan that involved adding dormers and gables to add visual interest and texture to this home.

Let’s Move Inside

In addition to updating the exterior, the interior was completely overhauled. The interior remodel involved removing lots of walls, creating a vaulted great room and replacing windows with glass doors to bring the outdoors in.

You’ll notice the orange paint line which was sprayed on the walls that were removed.

The new interior is clean, modern & open. It’s hard to believe it is the same house!

A Home for All Seasons

The back yard had huge potential, but was under utilized.

We built a new screen porch with outdoor kitchen, stone fireplace, columns & floor and a tongue in groove vaulted ceiling. A tiered patio with boulders, in-ground pool and sunning areas completes the backyard oasis. It’s the perfect escape after a long day. The doors open all the way up across the front and back of the house to make the most of entertaining in this gorgeous home!

Bailey Avenue Custom Home

This custom home was built for the Helen Ross McNabb Center in 2016. This 2,400 square foot home was built in the craftsman style with a neutral palette. The old home that was in this location was in such disrepair that rather than repair it, the best alternative to tear it down and start over. We worked closely with the architect to design and construct a home that fit the needs of the tenants and the organization, including handicap accessibility and special needs features throughout.

Copper Still Bar

This custom bar inside the new screen porch of this beautiful Lookout Mountain home was a culmination of the owner’s love of all things old and Arts love of design challenges. The iron window was Art’s design using the owner’s collected beveled window panes. The custom iron framework was designed and built for the space incorporating the salvaged glass. The bar consists of a custom cabinet with sandstone top featuring an old whiskey still transformed into the sink. The cabinet was designed so that the still is viewable both above and below the counter. The ice maker is on a pull out tray for ease of access and there is ample storage in the 2 lower cabinets. No bar would be complete without a refrigerator!

Spacious Custom Kitchen

We built this kitchen with a large family in mind. With room for everyone to help, this spacious kitchen makes even the largest gathering easy to put together.

The massive center island is full of storage and features the sink at one end and bar stool area at the other. There is a ton of natural light which allowed for darker cabinets; and the hammered glass fronts keep the room feeling open without revealing exactly what they contain.

The light colored granite coupled with the neutral paint and tiled back splash are the perfect accent to the natural wood tones of the cabinets and hardwood floors.

One of the most popular floor plan features right now is a great room off the kitchen and this home has it! With a seamless transition from kitchen to great room, entertaining is a joy in this home.
